Basic creep type used by Tarnished ???. It can be Mixed with other basic ingredients in order to create a unique mixture.

If picked up by any other character, a large puddle of creep is spawned on the ground, and Isaac leaves a creep trail for 4.5 seconds.

Creep effects Homes in on enemies and inflicts them with fear for 2.67 seconds.

There is a cooldown of 4.67 seconds between each fear infliction.
